About Our Services

What is your dispatch fee?

Our standard dispatch fee is 10% of gross load revenue. There are no setup fees, monthly minimums, or hidden charges. You only pay when we book a load that you haul successfully.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We work on a month-to-month basis. Either party can terminate with 7 days written notice. We believe in earning your business every week, not locking you in.

Can you force me to take a load I don't want?

Absolutely not. Every load we present is for your consideration. You approve or decline before we confirm anything with a broker. This is your business — we work for you.

How fast can I get started?

Most carriers are fully onboarded within 2 hours of sending their carrier packet. We can often have your first load booked the same day you sign up.

What equipment types do you dispatch?

We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, hotshot, power only, and box trucks. If you have it, we can find freight for it.

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes! We welcome new authorities. Some brokers have a 30-60 day seasoning requirement, but we have access to brokers who work with new MC numbers and will get you loaded from day one.

Money & Getting Paid

Do I need a factoring company?

You don't need one, but we strongly recommend it for faster cash flow. Without factoring, broker payment terms are typically net 30-45 days. With factoring, you can get paid within 24 hours of delivery.

Who do brokers pay — me or you?

Brokers pay you (or your factoring company) directly. We invoice you separately for our dispatch fee. We never touch the freight money.

What if a broker doesn't pay?

We verify every broker's credit before booking. In the rare case of non-payment, we assist with collections and dispute resolution. We only book with reputable, credit-checked brokers.

How do I communicate with my dispatcher?

We communicate via phone, text, WhatsApp, and email — whatever works best for you. Your dedicated dispatcher is reachable 24/7 for urgent matters.

How do I submit my PODs?

Send PODs via email or WhatsApp directly to your dispatcher. We process all submissions within 30 minutes during business hours and immediately submit to brokers for fastest payment.

Can I choose my home time and preferred lanes?

Absolutely. During your onboarding call, your dispatcher will learn your preferred lanes, home time schedule, and any lanes or states you want to avoid. We build your load strategy around your life.
